Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Memory Crafter (memorycrafter.com). Since our products are handmade with care, we follow a limited return and refund policy.

1. Nature of Products

  • All our products (Lippan Art, Mandala Art, etc.) are 100% handmade
  • Slight variations in color, texture, or design are natural and not considered defects

2. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong item

To be eligible:

  • You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

3. Proof Requirement

To request a return/refund, you must provide:

  • Clear unboxing video (mandatory for damage claims)
  • Photos showing the issue

Without proper proof, we may not be able to process your request.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Minor color/design differences (due to handmade nature)
  • Change of mind after purchase

5. Refund Policy

  • Once your return request is approved, we will offer:
    • Replacement (preferred), or
    • Refund (if replacement not available)
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method

6. Replacement Policy

  • If your item is damaged or incorrect, we will send a replacement at no extra cost
  • Replacement will be processed after verification

7. Return Shipping

  • In case of damaged or wrong product, we will bear the return shipping cost
  • In all other cases, return shipping (if applicable) will be the customer’s responsibility

8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
  • Once the product is shipped or work has started (for handmade/custom items), cancellation is not allowed

9. Important Notes

  • Handmade products are crafted individually, so no two pieces are exactly identical
  • Please read product descriptions carefully before placing an order
